Downtime
I apologize for the downtime that occurred across all PaleHour sites yesterday. Apparently something broke at my provider. When I called them and asked them what was going on, they said they were aware of the problem and were already working to fix it. I then asked them when they thought it would be fixed, and they said... "We don't put time tables on things like that." Wow. That's an amazing mentality. I'm going to start trying that at work.
